NO SE INICIA / DON'T LOADING

Buenas,
les quería comunicar que cuando inicio el juego me pone Loading y después no carga. Se congela la pantalla y no abre el juego. He visto que no soy el único al que le pasa. ¿Tenemos que descargar algo más? ¿Por qué no funciona? Les agradecería que respondiesen rápido.

I wanted to inform you that when I start the game it says Loading and then it doesn't load. The screen freezes and does not open the game. I have seen that I am not the only one that happens. when i click add to chrome it starts to download but when its done downloading its like it didnt download because i have to click add to chrome again and that keeps happening.
