Szna / 菘 (Suzuna) is an extension for downloading the images and videos posted on major social media sites. Easily keep your own photos and videos, or your friends' posts, close at hand. Supported sites: Instagram, X, and Facebook (turn on only the sites you use in the settings page) [Key Features] ◆ Save from buttons on the post - Hover over a post to show buttons along its top edge. - Save just the one in view, or every image and video in the post. - Images are saved at their original size, and videos as a single file with audio. - Saved posts get a mark. ◆ Add many, save one by one - Saves go into a queue and run in order. Both images and videos are supported. - In selection mode, pick posts on list pages by clicking, Shift-clicking, or dragging, and add them together (up to 50 at a time). Even when you add many at once, they download one at a time. - From the popup, you can pause, resume, cancel, and retry the queue. ◆ Look back with thumbnails - Browse what you saved as a thumbnail grid or a table. - From the history, open a file or show it in its folder. - Choose what happens when you save something again (save it anyway, ask first, or skip it). - File names include the account name and post date, and files can be saved into folders per site and per account. ◆ English and Japanese, light and dark - The interface comes in English and Japanese, with light and dark themes. - Switch in the settings, or follow your browser's language and theme. [Privacy and Permissions] - No data is sent anywhere. Settings, the queue, and the history are stored only in this browser. - Site access is not requested at install time. It is requested only when you turn on a site in the settings page, and the extension then runs only on that site's pages. Turning a site off removes the access. - Clear the history anytime. Removing items from the history keeps the saved files. [Notes] - The author originally made this extension out of necessity for a task of their own. Since it was already built, they tidied up the details and made it public. Updates will end once the author no longer uses it. Feature requests and bug reports are not accepted. If a change on a supported site stops it from working, a fix is not guaranteed. - This extension is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that run the supported sites.
