Locked in

Overview
Task-based lockdown for distracting apps.
Locked in is a Chrome extension that blocks distracting sites (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit) behind your daily to-do list — apps stay locked until tasks are done. Bypassing early requires setting a time limit and typing an accountability sentence, with an alarm that automatically re-locks once time's up. Loosening the block list works the same way, a delay plus an exact typed confirmation, so nothing can be changed on impulse. It also includes a long-term goals list and a daily/weekly usage report per app. Overall, it aims to help people with self control.
