custom cursor stuck when turn off

when i turn off the custom cursor its still there (on chrome)i try to delete it but its still there when i restart the pc its finally off. Pls fix it

Deleted your extension but Chrome cursor still active....want it gone

I downloaded your extension and tried a few cursors but really didn't like them so I deleted the extension BUT one of the cursors I tried is still showing up when I'm working in Chrome. How do I get it to go away?
