not able to scan or not stable

login take really long to load. And some time cannot scan the QR code. i can feel like your server is not working, high traffic or insufficient bandwidth, we are paid user, if your service cannot be realiable we have no choice but to cancel the service, but we have this Qrcode printed on all our marketing hardware. we might claim for our lost.

J'ai généré des QR code gratuit pour mon livre, je peux les lire sans probleme avec mon iPhone mais les lecteurs de mon livre ne peuvent pas c'est une catastrophe, que faire ?

Login problem

Hi,

My problem is still not solved!!!

I still can't log into my account and access my data.

I have been paying a subscription for more than two years to be able to use this service and now I have no access to my data.

For more than seven days no one informs me what the problem is or solves this problem.

I am very upset and request that someone do something about this problem as soon as possible and let us know about the solution.

Keeps asking me to renew

I just paid to renew my yearly subscription, but it keeps redirecting me to the subscription page. I can't see any of my previous QR codes, generate new ones, or make account changes. HELP! I need a QR code right now!
