Doesn't work, help!

I'm not sure how to get your extension working. Do you mind helping me? because every time I click on the icon and I check all the boxes and I re-click on the icon again, the check marks disappear.

Not working

Nothing changes?

The extension is downloaded however, nothing pops up when on myCoursebin. How do I fix this?
