Extension keeps disconnecting from client

Every day the microphone icon turns blue and displays the message "Not connected to client"
Go integrator SSL certificate has to be removed and reinstalled in order for extension to turn green and reconnect.

not connecting to client upon reinstall

had to reinstall the extension as we had a mondago upgrade

since the program is not connecting to client
