)Overview
Copy or export the open Gmail conversation as TXT or JSON.
MailClip copies or exports the Gmail conversation you have open as plain text or JSON. How it works: 1. Open a conversation in Gmail. 2. Click the MailClip toolbar icon. 3. Choose Copy conversation, Export .txt, or Export .json. MailClip automatically expands collapsed messages and Gmail's grouped "N more" sections before reading, then restores your view as closely as Gmail allows. Enable Include attachments to add attachment names and sizes (not attachment contents) to the export. Privacy: All processing happens locally in your browser. MailClip does not send email content, addresses, or attachment metadata to any server, and it does not use analytics or telemetry. It stores only your Include attachments preference locally. Limitations: Gmail may clip very large messages, attachment chips are best-effort, and Gmail interface changes can affect extraction. MailClip is not affiliated with Google or Gmail.
