Scribe Clock Vault fills your saved logins into websites and keeps them in your team's end-to-end encrypted ScribeClock vault. WHAT IT DOES • One-click autofill – on a login page, a small shield appears in the password field; click it to pick a saved login for that site. • Save on sign-in – after you sign in to a site, the extension offers to store the credential in a project vault or your organization's account-wide vault. • Strong password suggestions – on sign-up forms, generated locally with a cryptographically secure random generator. • Domain matching – only credentials that belong to the site you are on are offered, including known login aliases (Google/Gmail/YouTube, Microsoft/Outlook, and more). • Search and copy – search saved logins by title, username or URL; copied passwords are cleared from the clipboard after 30 seconds. • One PIN everywhere – the same vault PIN you use in the ScribeClock web app. BUILT FOR SECURITY • End-to-end encrypted: secrets are decrypted only inside the extension, on your device. No plaintext secret is sent to ScribeClock servers. • Your vault key is derived from your PIN (PBKDF2-SHA256, 310,000 iterations) and kept in memory only; it is never stored on disk. • Auto-lock after 10 minutes of inactivity, plus instant lock with the padlock button or Escape. • PIN brute-force protection with escalating lockouts. • No third-party favicon, analytics or tracking requests.
