Change in theme

Today's for some reason theme's appearance has changed. Now there is a visible line between address line and bookmarks, which wasn't the case even today in the morning. Could you please take a look?

Low contrast in upper-right corner

I'm running Chrome 49 Beta on my Chromebook and the minimize/resize/close icons in the top right corner of the screen have very low contrast (they blend in with the theme). Is there a way you could fix it?
