YedaLabs Q Assist

Ask your organization's knowledge while you work, in a side panel beside the page.

YedaLabs Q Assist puts your organization's knowledge beside the system you are working in. Open the side panel and ask how to do something. The agent your organization set up answers from your organization's own knowledge base — its guides, manuals and procedures — with pictures from the guides where they help. When words are not enough, one click attaches a screenshot of the page you are on, and you see it before you send it. It is sent as you see it, so check what your screen shows before you click. How to use 1. Sign in to YedaLabs in this browser. Q Assist connects to that account; you can disconnect it in its settings or on the security page of YedaLabs. 2. In the extension settings, pick the agent Q Assist asks. 3. Pin Q Assist from the puzzle icon in Chrome's toolbar, then click its icon. The panel opens beside the page. This extension is intended for YedaLabs customers and requires a YedaLabs account.
