What Ari does: See where your time goes — Automatic tracking by site and category, with a "Today at a glance" breakdown and a weekly activity chart showing your patterns over time. Set your own intentions — Create simple daily goals (e.g. "under 30 min on social media" or "20 min reading"), link them to specific sites or track them manually, and build streaks as you stick with them. Block distractions on your terms — Fully block a site, or set a daily time limit that locks it once you've hit your cap. Both come back automatically the next day (or after a timer you set).
