Tool not working

When I click any link to take me to the tool, it just takes me to the add extension page on google. Once I added the extension, it still takes me to that same page, but now with a remove extension option.
This is a Boomer question - but how do I get it to work so I can actually use the tool?

bulk tool not working

system update pushed through resulting in bulk tool not allowing for mass searching as of 21/10/19
