Overview

Detects tab switches and focus events, sends them to local dashboard, and notifies user.

Gaze helps you stay focused by monitoring tab activity and providing real-time notifications when you switch tabs, visit blocked sites, or lose attention. Designed to support better digital habits, it gently nudges you back on track without being distracting. The extension is best when optionally paired with the local dashboard and eye-tracking program for enhanced attention awareness and focus insights. All data is processed and stored locally on your device: nothing is sent to external servers. Gaze is designed and built by two seniors in high school for a STEM Capstone project.
