Gauge and Forge
Overview
Interviewer-side live copilot: tracks which topics are covered and writes a question when you ask for one.
Gauge and Forge sits in Chrome's side panel next to Google Meet while you interview. It listens with you, keeps the question log for you, and hands you the follow-up you were reaching for — only when you ask, never mid-sentence. • No bot in the call. Nothing joins the meeting and the candidate installs nothing. • Follow-ups that follow. Tap once and it reads the last few minutes, the job description and your notes, then drafts the question that digs into what was just said. • Coverage you can see. Every skill on the role's brief carries a live coverage pie, so you know what's left before the call ends. • The log writes itself. Questions you ask are captured and filed under their skill. • Decide on evidence. After the call, every interview for the role lands in one ranked list on the Gauge and Forge dashboard. How it works: prepare the role and schedule the interview at gaugeandforge.com with its Google Meet link. Open that Meet, click the toolbar icon, press Start. The panel unlocks only on a Meet you scheduled. Requires a Gauge and Forge account (sign in with Google or email).
