Notifies when someone waves/chat at you in gather.town

Make the notifications from gather.town easier to understand. When there is a notification (Wave, Chat, Call) from gather. 1. desktop notification 2. play a sound on a loop 3. put a badge on the extension button 3. put a badge on the extension's button. Also, if you have a lot of tabs open, it is easy to lose track of where the weather.town is. We have a button in the extension's popup menu that activates the weather.town tab with a single click. Unresponsive mode is detected and a badge is placed on the extension's button to prevent users from forgetting to turn off the unresponsive mode.
