Gatherのタブが表示されていると通知が来ない
拡張機能の概要には「You can receive the notification on receiving chat or being ringed regardless the browser tab is active or not.」と書かれていますが、手元のPCではGatherのタブが前面に表示されていると通知が来ないようです。
(Windows 10 / Chrome 98.0.4758.80)
別のタブを選んでGatherを非表示にする、あるいはChromeのWindow自体を最小化すると問題無く通知が来るのですが、これは想定された挙動でしょうか？
