The secure downloads extension provides safe web downloading for authenticated users of the GateScanner Security Dome. Dome users can connect the extension to their Dome account and automatically sanitize all web downloads, with advanced CDR anti-malware processing. CDR is a powerful anti-malware technology that disarms known and unknown malware that may be hidden in the files. It incorporates multiple AV tools, as well as applying a rigorous file deconstruction and reconstruction process, ultimately delivering new and safe copies of the original files, without sacrificing functionality or operational content.
