Garth.fm analyses your ChatGPT conversation history to show you how you actually use AI: your usage persona, your stats, and the environmental footprint of your AI usage. This extension is a data portability tool. It lets you sync your ChatGPT conversations to your garth.fm account in seconds, instead of waiting for ChatGPT's manual data export. The data the extension fetches is the same data you would receive from that export. How it works Install the extension and click "Connect" to link it to your garth.fm account. Sign in to ChatGPT in your browser as normal. Click "Sync" when you want to share new conversations with garth.fm. What it does, and only does Reads your ChatGPT conversation list and conversation contents. Sends those conversations to garth.fm for processing. Nothing else. The extension does not read your ChatGPT settings, custom instructions, memory contents, or anything else on screen. It does not monitor other tabs or websites. It does not collect telemetry or fingerprint your browser. What happens to your data Your conversations are processed by garth.fm and most of the raw text is deleted within 72 hours of upload. We've narrowed the extension's permissions on garth.fm to the specific URLs it uses, and committed in our Privacy Notice not to expand what the extension reads, sends, or stores without notifying you. Disconnecting Click "Disconnect" in the extension popup at any time, or remove the extension from Chrome. Either action deletes all local extension data from your device.
