Gant NDC

The Gant NDC extension brings together NDC results and the Concur Travel tool, allowing organizations who use the Concur Travel platform to add NDC fares to their program without requiring travelers to search multiple airline sites. When travelers look for flights using Concur Travel, the Gant NDC extension works automatically in the background to conduct a dedicated NDC-only search. The extension displays these results in a pop-up window, allowing travelers to easily compare the NDC fares with the EDIFACT fares displayed in Concur Travel. Clicking on a resulting NDC fare will direct the traveler to the TripCircuit platform, where they can access additional details and proceed to book the flight. The Gant NDC extension currently: * Provides support for NDC content from American Airlines, United Airlines, and Air Canada. * Is available through two access modes: Secure Guest Mode and TripCircuit Client Mode. * Secure Guest Mode - For users that DO NOT have a log-in to a Gant system. ‘Guests’ will receive generic results with no travel policy restrictions or private fares applied to the booking options. To complete an NDC booking in Secure Guest Mode, a Full-Service Gant agent must be contacted when a desired NDC fare is located through this extension. * TripCircuit Client Mode - For users that DO have access to TripCircuit. The extension works as an add-on to the OBT. Organizations must complete a TripCircuit OBT contract to use the Gant NDC extension with this access mode.
