Raisedash Shield is freight fraud protection for dispatchers, drivers and trucking offices. Cargo theft, double brokering and carrier identity theft often start with one click: a phishing page that takes your load-board or email login, or a "rate confirmation" that is really a program giving a stranger control of your computer. With your login or your computer, a thief can book loads in your name, change where you get paid, or send a load to the wrong place. Raisedash Shield warns you at that moment, before you hand anything over. What it does • Phishing pages: when a page asks for your password or documents, Shield checks when the site was registered and warns you if it is brand new. Real load boards, broker portals and ELD logins have been around for years; phishing sites are usually days old. On from install; turn off any time in the menu. • Fake rate confirmations: downloads that are programs dressed as paperwork (like "RateConfirmation.pdf.exe") and remote-access installers are paused, so you decide whether to keep them. • Fake "verify you're human" commands: when a page puts a "press Windows + R and paste" command on your clipboard, Shield replaces it with a warning, with a way to restore it. • Reported fraud sites: a warning on sites on Raisedash's list of confirmed scam sites. Carrier reports are reviewed by a person before a site is added. Privacy The scam-list check, the download pause and the clipboard protection work on your computer and send nothing about the sites you visit. The extension downloads the scam list about every 30 minutes; the update service sees ordinary connection details such as your IP address. Site-age checks are on from install and can be turned off any time in the shield's menu. Only when a page asks for a password or a file upload (or after Raisedash Shield stops a download or a copied command on it), they send that site's hostname — never the rest of the address, what you type, page contents or an identifier. Well-known sites, official freight-company sites and government sites are never sent. Raisedash uses these addresses to say how old a site is and to find new scam sites faster. A report is sent only when you press Send report or This warning is wrong. Limits Warnings never block a site; you can always continue. Some small downloads finish before they can be paused. Raisedash Shield does not verify carriers, brokers or loads, replace antivirus software, or guarantee that a page is safe.
