Link Bookmarker

Several problems: * The user can't choose where to save new bookmarks (either interactively or through extension options). * The user may specify the name of the bookmark, but only if the "show title prompt" feature is enabled in its options. That feature should be enabled by default. * When "show title prompt" is enabled, the input field is blank. There is no default value.
