Overview

Local gestures for likes, dislikes, bookmarks and Bilibili triple actions on supported HTTPS pages.

React to the current web page with camera gestures. LikeTag recognizes your hands locally and operates the page's existing reaction controls. HOW IT WORKS • Open LikeTag from the Chrome toolbar. • Choose “Allow camera” and complete the camera setup page. • Return to your website, open the side panel and choose “Start”. • Give a thumbs-up to like or upvote, or a thumbs-down for the supported negative reaction. • Give a simultaneous two-hand thumbs-up for a supported combined or favorite action. • Release your hands before repeating a gesture. SUPPORTED ACTIONS • YouTube videos and Shorts: like and dislike. • Bilibili videos: like, unlike, and the site's native press-and-hold triple action. Triple actions may spend Bilibili coins under the site's rules. • X / Twitter: like, unlike, and a combined like-and-bookmark action. • Other HTTPS pages: clearly identifiable like, dislike, upvote, downvote, bookmark or favorite controls where supported. • GitHub repository pages: the two-hand gesture can apply Star where the control is recognizable. YOU STAY IN CONTROL Recognition starts only when you choose “Start”. Actions are restricted to the active tab in the browser window where you started recognition, while that window is focused. Holding a gesture does not repeatedly click a button. Already-applied actions are skipped; after manually undoing an action, release your hands and gesture again. The side panel includes an optional mirrored camera preview and confidence/release-frame calibration. Closing the side panel does NOT stop recognition or release the camera. Choose “Stop” in the panel, or close the window where recognition started. LOCAL PROCESSING Camera frames and page-control matching are processed on your device. LikeTag does not record or upload video or page content. Recognition models, JavaScript and WebAssembly are included in the extension package. Website reactions are submitted by the website itself and remain subject to that website's privacy policy and rules. LIMITATIONS You must be signed in to websites that require an account for reactions. Generic website support is best-effort, not universal. Ambiguous controls, unknown button states, embedded frames and closed Shadow DOM are skipped. HTTP pages, browser-internal pages and Chrome Web Store pages cannot be controlled. Website layout changes can require an extension update. An “action sent” message does not guarantee the website saved the reaction. Unsupported gestures are not converted into another action. Requires Chrome 116 or later and an available camera. Interface languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and French.
