I would actually give it 4-1/2 Stars if it would let me, the extension does everything I expected and more..., except open the SMS mode unless I am on a website. In other words if I pull up Chrome Browser then click on the ICON on the header of the page, nothing happens. If I get on a website, then click on the ICON it will open up all of my SMS texts. That makes it just a little inconvenient but certainly not a deal breaker.

Love this extension, great for small businesses and big! Amazing features that most dont have. It has been a big blessing on my businesses!
