Add your tags you want to sift through then hover over the item to see its tags.

This extension further adds filtering and search functionality to furaffinity's search engine. It allows blacklisting and whitelisting based on the post's tags as well as hovering to preview the post's tags.

The best extension I've found for filtering. However, your millage may vary depending on a few things. When your blacklist (or whitelist) is turned on, any thumbnails with those blacklisted terms are completely hidden and the remaining will populate one-by-one on the screen. While I prefer to have the thumbnails censored (in case I want to double check) and waiting for all the thumbnails to appear can be annoying at times, I could live with it.
