I notice others have had trouble using this app. Keep in mind the use of your webcam can only occur by ONE app at a time. So maybe the trouble comes from the webcam being used by another program? I know this app won't open fully and show the mirror if I already have my webcam app open. I use this app frequently, however the quality isn't the greatest. Unfortunately, though the camera light came on, and thought the chrome browser tab showed the red icon, nothing was displayed on-screen.
