Full Page Screenshot Capture
Overview
Capture a full-length screenshot of any webpage and export it as PNG, PDF, or copy it straight to your clipboard.
Full Page Screenshot Capture: Capture any webpage from top to bottom in one click — no scrolling, no stitching software, no hassle. Description: Full Page Screenshot Capture turns your entire browser tab into a single, seamless image. Instead of taking multiple overlapping screenshots and piecing them together by hand, this extension automatically scrolls through a webpage, photographs each section as it goes, and stitches everything into one continuous, full-length capture — ready to save, print, or share in seconds. Click the camera icon in your toolbar, hit Capture Website, and watch the progress bar fill as the page scrolls itself and captures each section. When it's done, a new tab opens automatically with your finished screenshot, along with one-click options to download it as a PNG, save it as a PDF, or copy it straight to your clipboard for pasting into Slack, docs, emails, or design tools. Whether you're archiving a long article, documenting a bug across an entire page, saving a receipt or itinerary, or capturing a competitor's landing page for reference, Full Page Screenshot Capture gets you a clean, complete image without the manual work. Key Features: One-click capture. Click the toolbar icon and press "Capture Website" — the extension handles scrolling, screenshotting, and stitching automatically. Keyboard shortcut. Live progress bar. Watch capture progress in a small dropdown panel, so you always know it's working on long pages. Full-page stitching. Every section of the page — not just what's visible on screen — is combined into one continuous, high-resolution image. Smart cleanup. Fixed headers, sticky navigation bars, and cookie banners are automatically hidden during capture so they don't repeat awkwardly down the length of your screenshot. Three export options. From the results tab, download your screenshot as a PNG, save it as a PDF, or copy it directly to your clipboard. Automatic results tab. Once capture finishes, a new tab opens showing your full screenshot immediately — no digging through downloads. Works on any standard webpage. Compatible with regular http(s):// sites and local file:// pages. Privacy-friendly by design. The extension only requests access to the tab you're actively capturing, at the moment you trigger it — nothing runs in the background, and no screenshots are ever sent anywhere outside your browser. How It Works: Click the extension icon. The extension measures the page and temporarily hides fixed/sticky elements so they don't repeat in every section. It scrolls through the page in viewport-sized increments, capturing a screenshot at each step. All the individual slices are stitched together into a single tall image. A new tab opens showing the finished screenshot, with buttons to download it as PNG or PDF, or copy it to your clipboard. The original page is restored to exactly how it looked before capture started. Good For: Archiving articles, documentation, or research pages Capturing full-length landing pages for design or competitive research Saving receipts, itineraries, order confirmations, or long email threads Documenting bugs or layout issues that span an entire page Sharing a complete view of a page in a report, ticket, or presentation Permissions, Explained: Active Tab — lets the extension read and screenshot only the tab you choose to capture, only when you click the icon or use the shortcut. Scripting — used to scroll the page and temporarily hide fixed elements during capture. Downloads — used to save your PNG/PDF exports to your computer. Storage — used briefly to pass captured image data from the background process to the results tab. Notifications — used only to alert you if a capture fails (e.g., on a page Chrome doesn't allow capturing, like the Chrome Web Store itself). No data ever leaves your browser. Screenshots are processed and stitched entirely on your device.
