Full Page Capture: Desktop & Mobile
Overview
Capture the whole page in desktop and mobile view, preview both, then save.
Take a screenshot of an entire web page, from top to bottom, as it looks on a desktop screen and on a phone. Review both in a preview window, then save only what you want. FEATURES • Whole-page screenshots: captures everything on the page, not just the part on screen. Images that load as you scroll are loaded first. • Desktop and mobile in one click: get the desktop layout and the phone layout side by side. • Real phone layouts: choose iPhone 15 / 16, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone SE, Pixel 8 or Galaxy S24. The page is shown at that phone's screen size with touch enabled, so you see the site's actual mobile design. • Desktop width options: use your current window width or pick 1280, 1366, 1440 or 1920 px. • Preview before saving: nothing is saved until you choose. Click any image to see it at full size. • One long image or split into screens: save the page as one tall image, or cut it into screen-sized images (one per screen height of that desktop or phone view). Split images are saved together in one folder. • Hide sensitive info: email addresses, phone numbers, card numbers, reference and transaction numbers (order, invoice, receipt, booking, tracking and more), bank account numbers, one-time codes and PINs, filled-in passwords, ID numbers and API keys on the page are found automatically and blacked out. Always look over the images before sharing, since unusual formats can be missed. • You decide what's hidden: pick which kinds to hide in the popup, add your own words (your name, your company, or labels like "Control No." whose value should be hidden), click any black box in the preview to show just that item, and drag on the image to black out anything else. • Save as PNG or JPG, or copy an image to your clipboard. • Keyboard shortcut: Alt+Shift+S captures with your last settings. HOW TO USE 1. Open the page you want to capture. 2. Click the Full Page Capture icon in the toolbar. 3. Choose Desktop view, Mobile view or both, pick a width and phone model, and choose which kinds of sensitive info to hide. Add any words of your own. 4. Click "Capture full page". A preview window opens when the capture is done. 5. Check the black boxes. Click one to show that item, click a dashed outline to hide it again, or drag on the image to black out anything else. The kind checkboxes at the top switch a whole kind on or off. 6. For each view, choose "Full page" or "Split into screens", then click Save PNG, Save JPG or Save all. GOOD TO KNOW • While a capture runs, Chrome shows a bar saying the extension "started debugging this browser". This is how Chrome lets extensions take full-page screenshots and show a page as a phone would. It closes automatically when the capture finishes. • With "Reload the page as a phone" turned on, the tab reloads in phone mode for the capture and reloads back to normal afterwards. Turn it off if you have unsaved work on the page; most sites still show their mobile layout without it. • Chrome's own pages (such as Settings) and the Chrome Web Store cannot be captured. Close DevTools on a tab before capturing it. PRIVACY Your screenshots stay on your computer. The extension has no accounts, no analytics and makes no network requests. The sensitive-info check runs on your computer too; it only records where each item sits on the page, never the text itself. Your word list is kept on this computer only and is never synced. Screenshots are deleted from the extension when you close the preview window, and are only written to your Downloads folder when you click Save. PERMISSIONS • "Access the page debugger backend" and "Read and change all your data on all websites": needed to capture the full length of a page and to show it at phone size. They are only used on the tab you choose, only while a capture you started is running. • "Manage your downloads": saves your screenshots, including a folder for split screens, when you click Save. SUPPORT Questions or bugs: ahmadaquino.2002@gmail.com Version 1.1.0: sensitive info (emails, phone, card, reference, transaction and account numbers, codes, passwords, ID numbers, API keys) is found and blacked out before you save, with full control over what's hidden: per-kind choices, your own words, click to show or hide single items, and drawn boxes.
