the best designed theme on chrome. not having this blue tab selected moment so wont be using it anyway, ig, or at least wont be using casually. still very very good ty iam in Luv

With me it was the opposite. I was surprised to see its 3D buttons relief (which I'm always looking for, as they're hard to find) aligned perfectly and looked so cool. That said I often get the opposite result when I find skins that create the illusion of indentations or pop outs. I guess this is the reason you find so few of them, they randomly can work or not work depending on god knows what factors.
