Opens the Frogpond start page for new tabs and as the browser homepage.

Frogpond Home shows the Frogpond start page in every new tab and sets it as your browser homepage. The new tab shows home.froschteich.app inside the tab, with a greeting, clock, search, backgrounds and customization. The address bar stays empty and focused, so you can start typing a search or address right away, just like a normal new tab. What it does - Every new tab shows the Frogpond start page. Links and searches you open from it continue in the full tab. - Sign in opens in its own tab. After you sign in, your new tabs show your personal Frogpond page. - The browser homepage is set to https://home.froschteich.app. On Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers, the startup page is set too. You can change both later in your browser settings. - Only real new tabs show Frogpond. Tabs and pop-ups that websites open are left alone. - The page is preloaded in the background, so new tabs open quickly. Privacy - The extension collects no personal data and has no analytics, ads or tracking. - Permissions: access to home.froschteich.app and clerk.froschteich.app (Frogpond's sign-in service), used only to show the start page and keep sign-in working. "webNavigation" lets a link clicked on the start page move to the whole tab. "storage" remembers the sign-in tab. "alarms" refreshes the background preload every few hours. - It does not read your browsing history or the content of other websites.
