Frontline Buddy

Frontline support shortcuts for Jotform tickets, forms, and enterprise servers (including custom domains).

Frontline Buddy is a Chrome extension built for Jotform frontline support agents. It speeds up everyday work on tickets, enterprise servers, live forms, and help articles. What it helps you do: • Detect the enterprise server (slug and base URL) from a support ticket, including customers who use custom domains • Remember the last detected base URL so help links and shortcuts stay on the correct server • Open Form Builder, Tables, Inbox, PDF Editor, and submissions from a form ID, URL, or the page you’re on • Run Admin Console product searches and BSG search/clone tools with the right IDs • Use Form Tools on published forms (classic and card): fill test data, show hidden fields, enable editing, safe mode, and more • Open server-specific help guides and convert guide/ticket links to the current enterprise base URL • Use a right-click menu on ticket pages for Builder, Tables, Admin Search, BSG Search, and Clone (BSG Form) Designed for internal support workflows. Base URL and related data are stored locally in the browser.
