Overview

Dial multiple calls automatically from a Google Sheets document

Front Desk Dialer is an outbound power dialer Chrome extension for Google Sheets. It is built for high-volume outbound calling from your spreadsheet. A power dialer automates your call queue: you start a session, and the extension dials the next call for you (with optional concurrent lines) instead of placing each call manually from your sheet. Connect with your Google account, use headers such as First Name, Last Name, and Phone, then set your Office Name, a Transfer Number for answered calls, and your dialing pace (×1, ×2, ×3, and more). Press Play to run the queue: the extension handles outbound dialing and scripts, and writes call outcomes to your Result column in real time for streamlined tracking and reporting. You stay in control of setup, authentication, and when to start or stop the queue; the extension automates dialing and logging once your session is running.
