FriendJo Rhythm

Lets FriendJo see the shape of your workday (when you are active, never what you do) so it can spot an overloaded week.

FriendJo Rhythm helps FriendJo understand the shape of your workday, so your private wellbeing reflection works even on days without meetings. What it records, every 5 minutes, and only after you connect it to your FriendJo account: • How many seconds your computer was in use (keyboard or mouse, in any app) • How many seconds a browser tab was playing sound • How many times you switched browser tabs or windows • Your time zone, so FriendJo knows when your workday starts and ends What it never records: websites, page titles, page content, searches or anything you type. Optional: "Don't count entertainment time". If you turn it on, time spent mostly on a short list of streaming, gaming and shopping sites is left out. Rhythm checks this on your computer and never sends which site it was. Chrome asks you to allow access to that list only; Rhythm cannot see any other site. Seller and creator tools such as YouTube Studio or eBay Seller Hub always count as work. How to start: 1. Install Rhythm. 2. Open FriendJo, go to Wellbeing Settings and choose Connect Rhythm. 3. Read what it sends and choose "I agree, connect". You can disconnect at any time in FriendJo. Turning off personal wellbeing deletes everything Rhythm sent. FriendJo uses the counts only for your private wellbeing reflection; your employer never sees them. Requires a FriendJo account with personal wellbeing turned on (free 14-day trial at friendjo.com).
