Poor customer service + billing and management. I asked a question about billing and Jon Vaughn cancelled my account. When I replied saying I didn't wish for my account to be cancelled & to remain on the same tier - he said my consent was not required and that I will no longer be able to sign up. It seems when they do not want to serve you - then can just cancel and move on. Taking your money and leaving no resolution. I'm sure the software works great when you don't need anything. Hello, everyone. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jon And Aunkita. Right after COVID-19, I was down because of a loss of business, which I thought would bounce back after it was over.
