Freeze Facebook Auto-Refresh stops Facebook from automatically reloading your feed when you return to the tab, so you won’t lose your place. It works by blocking Facebook’s background reload triggers that normally run when you switch tabs or windows. Simple ON/OFF toggle from the toolbar Keeps your feed exactly where you left it Works on both desktop and mobile (m.facebook.com) versions Lightweight – no tracking, no data collection Runs entirely in your browser How to use: 1. Install the extension. 2. Click the toolbar icon to switch between ON and OFF. 3. When OFF, Facebook works normally. When ON, auto-refresh is blocked. Note: If you turn the blocker OFF on a page where it was already active, you may need to refresh the Facebook tab to fully restore normal behavior.
