Run structured training sessions without leaving your browser. 🏊 4 Training Modes: • Relax — Gentle 4-2-8-4 pranayama breathing to calm your mind • CO₂ Table — Build CO₂ tolerance with decreasing rest, constant hold (1:30) • O₂ Table — Deplete O₂ with constant rest, increasing hold (1:00 → 2:30) • Hold Test — Test your static breath-hold with optional countdown goal ⚙️ Features: • Clean side panel UI — train while browsing • Configurable rounds (1–8) for CO₂ and O₂ tables • Table preview before starting a session • Session history with stats (time, rounds, avg/max hold) • Sound effects and optional relaxation reminders during holds • Auto-pause when you switch tabs • Keyboard shortcuts: Space (pause/resume), Esc/Q (stop) • Safety disclaimer on first launch 🌍 6 Languages: English, Tiếng Việt, Español, Português, 日本語, 한국어 🔒 Privacy: All data stored locally on your device.
