This is a free annotator tool which is allowed you to take note, marking and even allow you to interact with browser during you annotate something on the screen. - Click on the Mouse icon (first from the left) to interact with browser during you doing annotation. - Click on the Pencil icon (second from the left) to draw and take mark. - Click on the Paper icon (third from the left) to typing, you can click on x icon to remove the text. - Click on Spy Glass icon (last one) to zoom view any area you move the mouse. This app totally free and update frequently with new function.
