Simple website blocker Chrome extension

I need a Chrome extension to block distracting websites, the one I like only allow to block at most 3 websites for free and will charge to pay more, all other extensions I found is way too complicated. So I build this website blocker extension for me, it can block websites, it's dead simple and it's free.

I am trying to enter https://search-great.com/ to block it. However, as soon as you go there, it redirects you to bing or yahoo. i need a way to manually enter a website to block it.
