Overview
Free peptide dosage & reconstitution calculator: vial mg, BAC water and dose to U-100 insulin syringe units. 70 compounds. Offline.
Free peptide calculator for reconstitution and dosing. Enter the vial size in mg, the BAC water (bacteriostatic water) you add and your dose in mcg, mg or IU, and get the exact number of units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe. It comes with presets for 58 research peptides and 12 stacks, from GLP-1 compounds like semaglutide to recovery peptides like BPC-157. Pick one and the vial size, water and starting dose fill in, ready to change to match the vial in your hand. You can also enter any compound by hand. HOW TO USE IT 1. Pick a peptide or stack, or type its name. Brand and research names work too. 2. Check the vial size (mg) and the BAC water you added or plan to add (ml). 3. Enter your dose in mcg, mg or IU and choose your syringe: 0.3, 0.5 or 1 ml. 4. Press Calculate and read the units to draw off the barrel. WHAT YOU GET - Units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe, with the same volume in ml and µl. - Concentration after reconstitution, in mg/ml or mcg/ml. - Mass per unit mark, so you can read any mark on the barrel. - Doses per vial, and roughly how long the vial lasts at the catalog's dosing frequency. - A syringe diagram filled to the mark you need. - Units to dose: enter the units you drew and get back the dose they deliver. - Stacks and blends: dose one component and see what every other peptide sharing the vial comes along at. - IU conversion for peptides with a published IU factor, such as HGH and oxytocin. - Copy the whole calculation to your clipboard in one click. HOW MUCH BAC WATER TO ADD How much water to add is the one number nobody prints on the label. More water makes a weaker mix and a bigger draw for the same dose, so the right volume depends on your dose and your syringe. The water options only offer volumes that put your dose on a readable mark and that actually fit in the vial: up to 3 ml for a standard serum vial, more for the products the catalog knows ship in a 10 ml vial. When the volume you entered puts the draw below the readable floor (10 units on a 1 ml syringe, 5 on a 0.5 or 0.3 ml) or past the end of the barrel, the calculator names the volume that fixes it, or a finer syringe when no volume a vial can hold would, with a button that applies it. It never rewrites a number you typed. When another volume would simply land on a rounder mark, it offers that too. IT SAYS WHEN THE NUMBERS DO NOT WORK A draw past the end of the syringe, or too small to measure on it, is refused rather than handed to you as a mark your syringe does not carry. It also flags a dose bigger than the whole vial, a dose that is the whole vial, and a vial that will outlast the 30 days a reconstituted vial is usually kept in the fridge. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How many units is 0.25 mg of semaglutide? In a 5 mg vial mixed with 2 ml of BAC water the concentration is 2.5 mg/ml, so 0.25 mg is 0.1 ml: 10 units on a U-100 syringe. How much BAC water do I add to 5 mg of BPC-157? 2 ml gives 2.5 mg/ml, which puts a 250 mcg dose on 10 units. The calculator shows the other volumes that also work for your dose and syringe. What is a U-100 insulin syringe? U-100 means 100 units per ml, so one unit mark is 0.01 ml on every barrel size. A 0.3 ml syringe carries 30 units, a 0.5 ml syringe 50 and a 1 ml syringe 100. The barrel size changes how many marks there are, never how much liquid a mark holds. How do I convert mg or mcg to units? Units = dose ÷ concentration × 100, where concentration is the vial's mg divided by the ml of water. The calculator does this for you and also runs it backwards, from units to dose. Is it free, offline and private? Yes, it is free. It makes no network requests and has no accounts, analytics or tracking. Your last calculation is saved only on your own device. FREE, PRIVATE AND OFFLINE No network requests, no accounts, no analytics, no tracking. The only permission is storage, used to remember your last calculation on your own device. Works without internet. FROM MAX PEPTIDE AI Made by MAX Peptide AI.
