Free Gym Management: Member & Fee Register is free gym management software for small and local gyms in India that still run on a paper register or an Excel sheet. It works in your browser, offline: add your members, mark fees as paid, and see at a glance who owes money and whose membership is about to expire. YOUR GYM AT A GLANCE • A dashboard with active members, memberships expiring in the next 7 days, expired members, pending dues, fees collected this month and new members this month. Click any number to see the members behind it. • A revenue chart of fees collected each month, for the last 6 or 12 months, in ₹ with lakh-style labels. GYM MEMBER AND FEE TRACKING • One register for every member: name, phone, join date, plan, fee, plan start and expiry date, and notes. • Due payments: every member with part or all of a fee still to pay, largest balance first, with the total due. • Mark a fee as paid in a couple of clicks, part payments included, with the payment mode (cash, UPI, card and more). Each member keeps a simple payment history, and a balance left from an earlier plan stays on the books when they renew. • Search by name or by any part of a phone number. MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY AND WHATSAPP REMINDERS • Memberships ending in the next 7, 15 or 30 days, plus every membership that has already expired. • A Remind button opens WhatsApp with a renewal reminder already typed for that member. You check it and press send; nothing is sent automatically. The register shows when you last reminded each member, and you can edit the message. PDF RECEIPTS • Download a fee receipt as a PDF, print it, or share it on WhatsApp. It carries your gym's name, logo, address, phone and an optional GSTIN line, the member, plan, period, amount, payment mode, date and a receipt number (RCPT-0001 onwards, prefix of your choice). FREE GYM SETUP • Set up your gym once, free: share your name, gym name, mobile and city with MyGymDesk (you tick the consent box yourself) to unlock the dashboard, WhatsApp reminders and receipt sharing, and your logo and address on receipts. • Without it, members, fees, dues and expiry lists, plain receipts, CSV import and export, backup and search all keep working. REPLACE YOUR EXCEL SHEET OR REGISTER • Import your member list from a CSV file in almost any layout. Messy data is fine: phone numbers with +91 or spaces, dates like 05/10/2026 or 5-Oct-26, fees written as Rs. 1,500/-. You see every row before anything is added, and anything that can't be read is listed with the reason. • Export your members and payments to CSV, or download a full backup file and restore it any time. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your members, fees and payments stay in your browser, on your computer. No account, no cloud. • Member and fee data is never sent anywhere. The only thing sent is the gym setup form, once you tick the consent box and press the button. WhatsApp opens only when you click Remind or Share.
