What good could it possibly do to advise me that my e mail has been opened by the intended recipient if I am the one who happened to open it? I couldn't believe it at first, but I received a notice that my email was opened by the "recipient" every time I tested it. Because of this, the data provided by this extension is unreliable. It certainly can't be presented in any kind of forensic setting. There are plenty of email tracking extensions out there. There's no reason to bother with this one... Show more

nice nice, I installed most free trackers! this wins!!! trust me! it work both for track on yahoo and outlook!! horay I found that useful tool!

After I installed the extension, instead of a setup screen I got a message that Free Email Tracker by Saleshandy might be shutting down so they weren't taking any more sign-ups. So if you use it, you might want to start shopping around for another email tracker. I wish they'd announce the possible shutdown BEFORE you install this extension, because you'll only to have to uninstall it again.

been around 2 years using it and never had any problem

If I open a sent email using my phone the software inicates the recipient opened the message, not me. This makes the program worthless and the data useless. I didn't believe it at first but then I tested to make sure and I was correct. DO NOT rely on this program.

Causing my to go to spam

Claimed to be free, after using it surprised for free trial and then all features disabled.

This product truly is awesome. I am able to whether my messages are being received and how many times they have been opened by the initial email address. Now, I have to have it.
