Overview
Unlimited free game review for Chess.com: Stockfish 19 analysis, accuracy and every move labelled, Brilliant to Blunder. No account.
Free, unlimited chess game review for Chess.com. Finish a game, click the what’sthisposition button, and Stockfish 19 analyses it on your own computer: both players’ accuracy and every move labelled, from Brilliant to Blunder. No account, no daily limit, no ads. HOW IT WORKS 1. Finish a game on Chess.com, or open one of your past games. 2. Click the what’sthisposition button in the toolbar, then “Review this game”. 3. A card opens next to the board. Press “Analyze this game” and Stockfish reviews it on your computer, usually in about a minute. 4. Want the details? “See every move explained” opens the full review on whatsthisposition.com, ready at once: nothing is searched twice. Tip: pin the extension (the puzzle-piece icon, then the pin) so its button is always in the toolbar. IN THE CARD • Accuracy for both players • How many moves of each kind each player made, from Brilliant to Blunder • The opening, by name and ECO code • Three depths: Fast, Standard and Thorough ON THE WEBSITE (free, no account): https://www.whatsthisposition.com • Every move explained in plain words: why a sacrifice is brilliant, what a mistake allows and what was better • Try your own moves from any position: the new line is analysed and labelled too • Deep-analyse any position: strengths, weaknesses, threats and plans for both sides, shown on the board • Opening names and theory from over a million games between strong players • Also reviews Lichess games and any PGN, and analyses a single position from a screenshot or a FEN FAIR PLAY The extension does nothing until you click it, and it only reviews games that are over. Chess.com’s own game data decides, so a game in progress is never analysed. It’s the same as reviewing a game on Chess.com afterwards. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Stockfish 19 runs on your computer. Your games aren’t uploaded anywhere. • The extension collects no data. No account, no sign-in, no ads. • It works only on Chess.com, and only when you click its button. • The link to the full review carries the game in the part of the address that browsers never send to a server. The website only counts visits, anonymously and without cookies. FREE AND OPEN SOURCE No subscription and no limits.
