It is the same Frankie you know from the FrankieGPT app on your phone: the same account, the same memory, the same saved people and the same conversation. Start talking on your phone in the kitchen, sit down at the computer, and Frankie carries on exactly where you left off. And because he now sits inside Chrome, he can help with the page in front of you. HE READS THE PAGE WITH YOU A bill, a letter from the bank, a medical statement, a long article, a confusing form. Ask "what does this mean?" and Frankie answers about the very page you are looking at, in plain, friendly words. HE SHOWS YOU EXACTLY WHERE TO CLICK No more hunting for a tiny link. Ask "where do I sign in?" and Frankie puts a glowing ring around the right button and scrolls it into view. Missed it? Press Show me again. HE FILLS IN FORMS WITH YOUR OK Your name, address, phone and email, typed for you. First you see one clear screen listing exactly what will go where, and nothing is typed until you press Fill it in. He can press Next, Continue or Close for you the same way. HE WATCHES OUT FOR SCAMS Fake virus warnings, "call this number now", demands for gift cards, look-alike web addresses and brand new websites pretending to be your bank. SIGN IN WITH YOUR PHONE No password to remember: point your phone camera at the square on the screen, press Yes on your phone, and you are in. SAFE BY DESIGN • Frankie never presses anything that pays, buys, orders, transfers or sends money. Those buttons are always yours. • He never reads or fills in passwords, card numbers, security codes or Social Security numbers. • He looks at a page only after you have said he may, and only while you are talking to him. The bar under the message box always says which page he can see, and its switch turns it off. • Nothing he reads on a page is kept.
