Adds the DuoHacker panel on Duolingo web — XP tools, quests, streak helpers, and more (userscript port).

Duolingo DuoHacker — Browser Extension ======================================== Bring the DuoHacker toolkit to Duolingo on the web. This extension loads the same kind of floating panel you may know from userscripts: quick access to XP helpers, gem and streak tools, quests, shop actions, league helpers, and optional lesson helpers — all from a compact UI on duolingo.com and duolingo.cn. KEY FEATURES ------------ • Floating panel on Duolingo web — open, hide, or switch layouts without leaving the page. • Toggle the extension on or off from the toolbar popup; refresh the tab after changing the setting. • Works only on official Duolingo domains (see permissions below). HOW TO USE ---------- 1. Install the extension and pin it if you like. 2. Turn it on in the popup (enabled by default). 3. Open https://www.duolingo.com/ or https://www.duolingo.cn/ and sign in. 4. The panel appears on the page when the site has finished loading.
