Connect your ESPN fantasy football account to Fourth Down without developer tools or copying session cookies. 1. Sign in to ESPN in desktop Chrome. 2. Open Fourth Down and choose Connect ESPN. 3. Approve the connection in this helper, then select the teams you want to monitor. Fourth Down checks selected starting lineups and sends alerts through the channels you configure. After connecting, its backend can check your teams while Chrome is closed. Fourth Down never changes your lineup or asks for your ESPN password. The helper reads your ESPN session cookies only after you approve the connection and Chrome permission prompt. It sends those credentials directly to Fourth Down, where they are stored encrypted at rest for lineup checks. ESPN sessions provide broader access than a read-only authorization; Fourth Down uses them only for account and fantasy roster reads. Disconnect ESPN in Fourth Down to remove the saved credentials and stop checking its teams. An expired ESPN session needs reconnection through this helper.
