Fountible Capture

Copy any element from any page straight onto your Fountible canvas.

Fountible Capture copies a section of any website — with the styling it actually renders with — onto your Fountible design canvas. Copying markup by hand loses almost everything that matters. "Copy outerHTML" in DevTools gives you relative image URLs that resolve to nothing, no trace of which site it came from, and none of the CSS. Fountible Capture runs inside the page, so it can do the job properly: • Real styles — it records the computed style of every element as the browser actually rendered it, so what you paste matches what you saw: the right breakpoint, the right light or dark theme, the right animation state. • Working images — images are read from the page itself, using your existing session. Sections of a logged-in dashboard come across intact. • Real fonts — the page's @font-face files come with the capture, so text keeps its metrics instead of collapsing to a fallback. • Web components — content inside shadow DOM is flattened and captured, not skipped. • Motion — CSS keyframe animations arrive as an editable timeline rather than a frozen frame. HOW TO USE IT 1. Click the toolbar icon and hover to pick an element (↑/↓ walk up and down the tree, Esc cancels), or right-click anything and choose "Copy to Fountible". Picking the whole page captures the whole page. 2. Paste into Fountible — the web app or the desktop app. PRIVACY Nothing is sent anywhere. The capture is written to your system clipboard and that is the whole transport; there is no server, no account, and no analytics in this extension. It also asks for no host permissions at all — it can only read a page at the moment you invoke it on that page, and never in the background.
