Unistalling

сняты деньги с банковской карты за годовую подписку
Добрый день!
Я не собиралась оплачивать годовую подписку за программу "Fotor", я всего лишь хотела установить пробную версию (бесплатную). Но на компьютер установить программу нельзя, поэтому мне она не нужна, тем более за деньги. А с моей банковской карты сегодня ночью сняли $39.99. За что?
Мне эта программа без установки на компьютер не нужна.
помогите вернуть деньги.

Im using the Chrome Extension. When I right click on a image in Google Photos,then click on Fotor, it will not load the image. Stuck at 2%

why dont i have an icon to show the fotor photo editor? the only way ican get to use it is via bookmark which means i have to find the bookmark in order to use it
