Formulint makes long Excel formulas readable, catches mistakes before Excel does, and lets you test a formula without opening a spreadsheet. Click the toolbar icon (or Ctrl+Shift+F / Cmd+Shift+F) and Formulint opens in its own small window that stays beside your spreadsheet while you work.
