After you submit a form, FormProof saves a timestamped receipt containing the form title, visible questions, your answers, and a link to the original form. Open the extension to search past receipts, copy their contents, print or save them as PDFs, export your archive, or delete anything you no longer need. Your form receipts stay in your Chrome profile. FormProof does not upload your form titles, questions, answers, or receipt contents to the developer's servers.
