Formoli prepares your government forms in plain language, with an AI assistant that reads your documents, answers the prep questions for you, and produces a filled, review-ready PDF. The Formoli Portal Assistant extension is the last mile: once you've prepared your form on formoli.com, this extension transfers those answers directly into supported official government portals — after you log in to the portal yourself. You stay in control. Always. — You log in to the portal. The extension never holds, asks for, or stores any portal credentials. — You see every value before it's pasted. The extension highlights each form field and shows you exactly which Formoli answer it's about to put there. — You click submit. Formoli prepares; you finalise. WHEN TO USE IT After you've prepared a form on Formoli (e.g. a Maltese VAT registration, an Italian Codice Fiscale request, a Latvian residence permit renewal, a Maltese housing application), and you're ready to file it on the issuer's official website, click the Formoli icon in your toolbar. The extension finds the form fields on the portal page, matches them to your prepared answers, and fills them in front of you. You review and click submit. It works on a curated list of supported issuers — currently major Maltese government portals (CFR, Identity Malta, Jobsplus, Housing Authority, ARMS, Transport Malta) and growing as we add more countries. Outside that list, the extension stays silent. WHAT IT NEEDS — A signed-in Formoli account at formoli.com (you can preview a form for free without paying). — Access to the prepared session you started on formoli.com. — Permission to read and modify form fields on supported portal pages (listed in the extension's permissions, restricted to the issuers we actively support). It does NOT: — Read or transmit any portal credentials. — Submit forms on your behalf — submission always remains a deliberate human action. — Track your browsing on non-supported sites. — Inject ads, telemetry beyond crash diagnostics, or third-party scripts. PRIVACY Your prepared answers are already stored in your Formoli account on formoli.com — the extension just reads them via an authenticated API call when you ask it to fill a form. We never see your portal account; we never hold your portal password; the data flow is one-way (Formoli → your clipboard-equivalent → the portal field).
